How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- We ship from various warehouses located in every state (California, New Jersey, Texas, and countries like China). Shipping time will depend on your location. Our standard shipping time frame in the US is usually 7 to 15 business days, then it takes 2 to 4 business days for the sorting facility to fully process the package. For orders outside the United States, it takes 10 to 20 business days for the sorting facility to fully process your package, followed by 2 to 4 business days. In general, expect your package to arrive within 10 to 20 business days within the US and 20 to 30 business days for orders from international countries
- However, it can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and how long it takes to go through customs. Note that lead times may vary during holidays or limited-edition releases.
- For special and promotional items, please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery as they may be build-to-order items.
- We are not responsible for any additional charges, customs or backend charges for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, local carriers diverted from USPS to your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
